Many police and law enforcement departments, especially in Florida, require a swim test as part of their physical assessment for pre-employment and/or to get into the police academy. However, many applicants are uncomfortable or not proficient at not only swimming but particular skills like swimming for time, swimming with clothing worn, treading water, or picking up a brick from the bottom of the pool. Our Deep End Fitness Law Enforcement Swim Test Prep program is designed to give participants water confidence and abilities to pass law enforcement swim tests.
